Ollie B selected for European Juniors

Congratulations to Ollie Bitowt who has been selected to represent GB at the European Juniors Open Water Championships in Turkey in the summer.

His selection follows his swim in Portugal this weekend where he battled his way through the gruelling 10km race in not only unexpectedly cold water (17 degrees), but with an air temperature of 13 degrees and both a 30 mph cross-wind and rain throughout.

The European Juniors will be held in Kocaeli in Turkey – hopefully in much warmer cirumstances
