Amy Smith Masterclass

A number of swimmers from Lincoln Vulcans recently took part in a master-class delivered by the Olympian Amy Smith. The children were given demonstrations and advice on freestyle stroke technique.

Everyone who took part had a greatly inspirational day and it appeared to motivate them later that evening for club competition squad sprints!
